Camping, bush style.

A few photos from last weeks camping expedition. We spent hours of exploring, four wheel driving and adventuring before we set up camp near the Cells. It was a fairly remote location, the last camp that we had seen was an hour or so previously while we were driving. It's nice sometimes to go bush and forget about everything else!

Weekend Wrap Up.

It was absolutely perfect weather this weekend, and it was great timing because I spent the weekend with friends, camping at Seal Rocks. We spent the time at the beach, 4WD-ing and around a camp fire. 

We spotted some wild dingos and a fair few bush turkeys. Those bush turkeys managed to get into any scrap of food and the rubbish bin at every opportunity when we left the camp.

There was no phone service and definitely no Internet. But being with friends and having an awesome time totally made up for that! 

The only downside to the camping trip was that I managed to get sun burnt ankles. And nothing else. At least in the next few days I will have tanned ankles!
