I bought this snazzy dress at my favourite op shop for $5. It was a perfect fit, but the length made me look like a hobbit (no offence to habits anywhere, I'm just quite short). I knew it would only take a few adjustments to make it look good and so I trimmed it to the right length and used the leftover material to make a skinny belt to match! Easy peasy! Now it is the perfect length for twirling and I love wearing it.
